The large, well-furnished room made our stay comfortable, and the polite staff during our early check-in was a lovely bonus.

The stay was enjoyable, especially being close to Southern Oregon University, which made attending the graduation ceremony a breeze. The staff was very accommodating, and I appreciated the convenience of having a kitchenette in my room. However, I encountered a few issues, like a shower that was difficult to adjust, but the room size and layout were quite nice overall.

The location offers convenient access to local attractions, ideally situated near Emigrant Lake and multiple dining options. The rooms provide basic amenities like a refrigerator and microwave, making it easy to snack and stay comfortable on a budget.

Several issues affected the quality of stay, such as a malfunctioning bathroom door that required significant force to use. Also, the overall fit and finish in the room showed signs of neglect, from poorly sealed bathroom edges to a mini-fridge that ran loudly, disrupting sleep. The walls are thin, allowing for noise from upstairs tenants to seep through, making it hard to get a good night's rest.

I experienced a loud noise from the air conditioning unit, and the front desk staff immediately took action. They even offered a different room, but I chose to stay because I was too tired. The breakfast room was a converted guest room, and there were few tables outside, so I had to carry my meal down the stairs. I appreciated being treated with kindness and care. As a single traveler, I value such gestures during my stays.

Had a nice stay here! I loved the therapeutic indoor pool and the sauna facilities were perfect for relaxation. The breakfast options were great too, especially the delicious chocolate cupcakes!

Had a fantastic trip with friends! We enjoyed the outdoor pool and visited Emigrant Lake for some great water activities. We also took a quick drive to play golf at Oak Knoll Golf Club. The breakfast was solid, with enough options to start the day right.

We had to miss breakfast on our last day because it ended too early for us. It would’ve been nice to have a bit more time to enjoy it.
